2. Reporting infringement

A statement confirming your good-faith belief
A statement under penalty of perjury confirming the information is accurate
Your electronic or physical signature

3. Review process

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Acknowledge your request within 48 business hours
Review the request and take appropriate action within 7 business days
Inform the affected user about the notice
Disable access to disputed content when the request is valid

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification by contacting our legal team. It must include the same elements as a standard notice plus a statement that the content was removed in error.

5. Abuse of process

Fraudulent or abusive DMCA notices may expose the sender to civil and criminal liability. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone submitting notices in bad faith.
