iptvpremium.stream provides internet-based television services (IPTV), including live channels, movies and on-demand series. The service is offered through monthly or annual subscriptions according to the plans available on our website.

2. Access requirements

The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older. By using our service, you confirm that you:

Are an adult with the legal capacity to enter into a contract
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Will not redistribute, resell or share your access with third parties
Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your country

3. Subscription and payment

Your subscription is activated once payment is received. Prices are shown in US dollars ($) and are payable in full in advance. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency (USDT).

Each subscription plan is clearly described on our pricing page. No automatic renewal is processed without your explicit consent.

4. Activation and login details

Your login details (M3U link or Xtream Codes) are sent within 5 minutes after payment confirmation through WhatsApp or email. These credentials are personal, confidential and must not be shared.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

Share, resell or transfer your access to third parties
Use the service for commercial or professional purposes without authorization
Attempt to bypass the service security measures
Use the service in a way that could harm our infrastructure

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.

6. Service availability

We work to maintain maximum server availability. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed during planned maintenance, unexpected technical incidents or circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages and force majeure.

7. Limitation of liability

iptvpremium.stream is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the user’s internet connection, device failures or other factors outside our infrastructure.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No partial refunds are issued except under our 30-day refund policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this website. Continued use of the service after publication means that you accept the updated terms.
